Founded on the vision of Chef Tushun Robinson and brought to life through the unwavering dedication of Reese Jackson, our mission is to empower recently released felons with the skills and opportunities to thrive in the hospitality industry.
Our program offers hands-on culinary training, nationally recognized food safety certifications, and direct connections to job opportunities in restaurants and food service. We’re not just teaching skills—we’re building confidence, fostering community, and opening doors to lasting careers.
